Terms of Use

  • Items offered are subject to availability. In case an order is placed for which we do not have available stock, we will cancel the order and refund the money to the customer. We will not be responsible for losses if any incurred by customers due to such cancellations.

  • The actual colors/finishes of the products may marginally vary from the online display. Your browser may not support display of this image.

  • Hand-made items are susceptible to slight variations in size. Dimensions are indicative and minor differences are possible.

  • Prices are subject to change due and are the sole discretion of Tattvatrends.

  • We as a merchant shall be under no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Shipping Policy

  • The products are typically dispatched within 5-10 days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched, we will notify you of the same.

  • Minimum Delivery Time: The minimum delivery time for products ordered through our website is typically 1-3 business days.

  • Maximum Delivery Time: The maximum delivery time for products ordered through our website may vary depending on factors such as product availability, shipping location, and shipping method chosen by the customer. However, we strive to deliver all orders within 10-15 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to keep you informed about any delays in your order's delivery.

  • For orders where the delivery location is not serviceable, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid to us.

  • We provide free delivery for all orders Rs 999 and above to locations serviced by us. For orders till Rs 998, we charge shipping charge of Rs 99 for delivery anywhere in India.

Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Buyer shall return the product in its original condition to below mentioned address.

Refunds

We ensure that our packaging is robust enough to keep our products intact throughout its journey to your home. That’s the reason we offer refunds only when a customer receives a damaged product.

 

If the product is damaged and is brought to our notice within 48 hours of the delivery along with supporting images, we will issue partial/full refund based on the evidences and condition of the product.

If 48 hours have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
